our team

Johnnie Wilkinson

Co-founder Johnnie Wilkinson is an agronomist by training, a graduate of the Royal Agricultural University in Agriculture and Land Management, and spent the first years of his career in the field as a practising agronomist. He has since built and led businesses across the full breadth of the agrifood value chain, from controlled-environment growing to agricultural technology and food retail. He owns and manages a farm in Indre (France), where he runs his own regenerative agriculture trials.

Paul Sabatié-Garat

CEO and Co-founder Paul Sabatié-Garat holds a Master in Management from ESSEC, complemented by a professional diploma in farm business management. After starting his career in banking, he specialised in the agriculture and forestry sectors, with hands-on experience in arable farming, orchards, viticulture and forest management. He manages a family farm in Lot-et-Garonne.

Tom Chapman

External Adviser, 
Regenerative Agriculture Tom Chapman is a farmer and estate manager specialising in regenerative agriculture and mob grazing, and a Nuffield Scholar (2011). He was one of the first to introduce mob grazing into the UK and grazes his own cattle across Hertfordshire and East Anglia, working closely with arable farmers to reintroduce cattle and other livestock onto their land as a tool for rebuilding soil health. He manages the St Paul’s Walden Bury Estate.
